Summer honey:

This year's summer flower honey is darker and likely to stay liquid longer because it contains not only flower nectar but also leaf exudation honey. In the summer, when there was little nectar in the linden trees (it rained during the linden season), and cold nights alternated with hot days, a sweet liquid - honeydew or leaf exudation honey - is released on the leaves. Summer Flower Honey is filled with a sweet floral aroma that captures the essence of summer. It is harvested in the warm months from late June to mid-August. Our bees are hard at work collecting nectar from a variety of flowers including clover, linden, raspberry, blueberry, cloudberry, hedgehog, dogwood, peppermint, vetch, Canada goldhead, hawkweed, flower spike, meadow sage, cornflower, lupine and more to create this unique honey.

It is perfect for morning pancakes or rye bread, for sweetening tea or coffee, and is also useful as a natural sweetener in cooking.

Spring honey:

Our spring honey is harvested from flowers blooming in meadows and forests, including dandelions, cornflowers, maples, oaks, rapeseeds, maples, yews, daffodils, apples, cherries, plums, pears, giving it a unique, sweet and mild taste. Honey is collected from May to the end of June. This honey is perfect for your morning toast or porridge, your favorite desserts or to sweeten your tea. This honey is light in color and has a mild taste.
